There’s one exception, though, to clubs not guaranteeing a table. For instance, if a club offers the ability to prepay in full, then the table location IS guaranteed (as long as there’s nothing in the fine print that states otherwise). They will remember you, and forming relationships in this industry is KEY to a successful night. Usually, these people also become great friends with the owners of the club and will get hooked up with tons of friends and family discounts, and they become part of the club family as well. They are new at this, and don’t really understand how to navigate around a club. They are often combative, very very drunk, and not put together.

Bottle girls also tend to “age out” of the job. A “Bottle Girl,” or a bottle server, is a cocktail server who works at expensive establishments to serve top-paying clientele. Bottle girl roles are expected to provide their clients with a top-tier level of services. Throw a party, entertain people and pour drinks for girls. Unless you have a target you’re locked in with, don’t pow-wow one-on-one. If someone has a table and you invite a friend who decides after the fact that he doesn’t want to pay, you are responsible for his share.
